Preparation
Our extensive and carefully planned pre-treatment approach has been developed over thirty-five years. Choosing the best pre-treatment products and blasting, stripping and washing techniques extends the capability of our team of specialists to deliver maximum durability and finish quality.
The process has been reinforced with the acquisition of Auckland companies; Kiwk Strip and Atomic Stripping, adding multiple blasting and chemical stripping options. This provides our customers with a more end-to-end solution with excellent technical capability, advice and service along the way.

Powder Coating
The Total Coats factory houses a 60 metre chain cycle which takes products through the whole powder coating process in under one and a half hours. Our custom designed and built spray booths and ovens can coat items up to three metres in length.
This process underpins our ability to deliver New Zealand’s fastest turn-around time of two to three days including curing time and delivery.
With an extensive range of over 150 colour options and many finishing techniques, our consultants will work with you to achieve the perfect finish, colour and high durability for your items.
